PINK FIZZ | COCKTAILS

P8060129 (1)

Recently I accidently made a Pink Fizz Cocktail which turned out surprisingly better than expected!

It was one of those evenings with friends when you’ve had a drink and you decide to get ‘creative’ with whatever is in the cupboards.

This Pink Fizz is now our signature cocktail when we entertain, along with vodka Haribo sweets – Now that was a creation!

I felt this concoction needed to be shared and enjoyed by you all so here’s my recipe…

What you need:

Flavoured vodka – Raspberry or Rhubarb works best | A bottle of Fizz | Pink Lemonade

Frozen Raspberries | Fresh Mint | Ice | Fancy Glasses | A Large Jug

Pour your bottle of fizz into the jug adding a generous splash or two of vodka to taste

P8060070

Top up with your pink lemonade

P8060123

Throw in some ice, a few handfuls of frozen raspberries and chopped up mint

P8060084

Pour in to individual glasses and enjoy

It’s that easy!

I find this cocktail goes best with sunshine, rain, cloudy days, evenings, snow…

Christie – They are amazing! haha Vodka Haribo are simple… Get a big round tub of Haribo, pour in a small bottle of vodka and freeze. Take out around 30 mins before you want to nibble / slurp! x
